| Have you ever walked,
In the soft pouring rain? Hoping to wash away, All the tears, all the pain. We danced on, A moonlit sky. All the while, Gazing in each others eye. I was laughing as, Your grave was built. To much shame, Overcome with guilt. I never cried, I never could. All my blame, Would do no good. All I saw was , The blood in your eye. That's all I needed Was one more reason to die. I wake in the morning, I need an excuse to live. Your gone from my life, I have nothing left to give. If I had all the tomorrows Of yesteryear. It would be meaningless Without you here. I cry for help, In the middle of the night. But you're not here, To hold me tight. To many days I wanted to die. All my friends, Can never understand why. Can you blame me for sorrow? Can you blame me for pain? Can you understand my tears? In the soft pouring rain. |
